Sheri Anderson, Ph.D.
Director of Special Education, Indianapolis Classical Schools

Dr. Sheri L. Andreson has been working in the field of education (particularly Special Education) for almost 30 years. She currently serves as the Director of Special Education for Indianapolis Classical Schools. She is also an Associate Adjunct Faculty member in the School of Education at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.

David Bateman, Ph.D.
Professor of Special Education & Leadership, Shippensburg University

David Bateman earned a PhD in special education from the University of Kansas and is currently a professor of special education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He is a former due process hearing officer who works with school districts when they have been involved in litigation.

Razin Bouzar, MBA
Senior Software Engineer, Salesforce
Razin is a Senior Engineer at Salesforce, with experience in Big Data and development. Earlier in his career, he helped educators implement software in the classroom for both face-to-face and distance learning.
Rob Garda, J.D.
Professor of Law, Loyola University
Robert Garda is the Fanny Edith Winn Distinguished Professor of Law at Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law.  His legal scholarship covers a variety of topics including: the rights of students with disabilities, affirmative action, integration in K-12 education, special education spending and legal issues surrounding charter schools.  He works with national and local public interest groups on education and disability issues and is a frequent commentator in the media on education issues. 
Luisa Macer
Event Marketing Lead, Indy Chamber

Luisa Macer serves as the Events Marketing Lead for the Indy Chamber. In this role, Macer oversees all event promotion and design, creates sponsorship fulfillment marketing deliverables, and event-related messaging. She graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and minor in Latino Studies. In addition to her work with the Chamber, Luisa is member of the 2020 AXIS Leadership Program, Director of Community Partnerships for Prospanica, Committee Member for Project Stepping Stone Program, and leads the marketing committee for Junior Achievement of Central Indiana’s JA JobSpark.

Jessica Monk
COO Paramount Schools of Excellence
Jessica Monk is the Chief Operating Officer for Paramount Schools of Excellence, which operates a network of public charter schools on Indianapolis’ Near Eastside.  Ms. Monk holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership, administrative and teaching licenses, and is a cohort member in the Harvard School of Business leadership program.  She has more than ten years of teaching and leadership experience in high poverty urban schools.
Heidi Hancher-Rauch, Ph.D., CHES
Professor of Public Health, University of Indianapolis

Dr. Heidi Hancher-Rauch is an associate professor and director of the Public Health Program at the University of Indianapolis. She serves her profession as the Society for Public Health Education Board Trustee for Advocacy and Resolutions and is highly active in research related to health advocacy and professional development within public health.

Tommy Reddicks

Tommy Reddicks is the CEO of Paramount Schools of Excellence. Since taking his first role in education in 1995, he has worked in the traditional public, public charter, and private school sectors. Tommy has been part of three separate charter school start-ups, growing a vast array of experience in the field of school operations.  As a strong believer in data-driven solutions for health and education, he began partnering his school efforts with Community Health Network in 2011. This has sparked ongoing research and pilot programs in Indiana for school-based health center models that leverage correlations between academic performance and social determinants of health.

Andrea Tanner, MSN, RN, CNS, NCSN is a nationally certified school nurse, Coordinator of Health Services for a school district in Southern Indiana, and current president of the Indiana Association of School Nurses. She is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Breakthrough Leader and Future of Nursing Scholar pursuing a PhD in Nursing Science and minor in Education Law. Through her 17 years of school nursing experience, she has been a part of local, state, and national initiatives to ensure all students are healthy, safe, and ready to learn.
